This project is a fun and interactive game for web browsers. It dynamically updates the HTML pages with the jQuery library.

Here's how the game works:

1. There will be four crystals displayed as buttons on the page. The player will be shown a random number at the start of the game.
2. When the player clicks on a crystal, it will add a specific amount of points to the player's total score. The game hides this amount until the player clicks a crystal.
3. When they do click a crystal, the player's score counter is updated.
4. The player wins if their total score matches the random number from the beginning of the game. The player loses if their score goes above the random number.
5. The game restarts whenever the player wins or loses, and the scoreboard is updated to reflect that.

This project showcases a train schedule application that incorporates Firebase to host arrival and departure data. It retrieves and manipulates this information with Moment.js. This website provides up-to-date information about various trains, namely their arrival times and how many minutes remain until they arrive at their station.

This was an important step in my full-stack journey as I used all the skills and knowledge from the first third of my bootcamp to work with a group to build web application from scratch. With my team, I conceived and executed a design that solves a real-world problem by integrating data received from multiple server-side API requests. Because we worked collaboratively, we practiced agile development methodologies and implemented feature and bug fixes using the git branch workflow and pull requests.

My role was integrating data received from multiple server-side API requests into user-friendly formats while other teammates focused on front-end styling.

Our website was awarded “Most Overall Original Concept” for connecting users with hikes to forage plants.
